1 Drink cooling beverages.
Cooling drinks are a great way to beat the heat. Start your day with freshly squeezed juices, chai or coffee followed by water at regular intervals throughout the day. Apart from these three beverages, coconut water is also another refreshing option for Mumbaikars!
2 Get out of the city
If you’re not in a mood to brave the heat and humidity, then it’s best to head out of Mumbai. Head over to Lonavala or Pune for some fresh mountain air! You can also take an early morning walk at Malabar Hill before going back home. The cooler breeze will do wonders for your tired body!
