India’s financial and entertainment capital Mumbai has been the birthplace of many musical sensations. The city has always been the center of attraction for both travelers and the ones who love music. The city offers the best of both worlds- the best nightlife and entertainment for people who love partying, the best architectural buildings and museums for people who love exploring new cities, the best food for people who love to dine out, the best beaches, the best shopping, and the best of the crowd from all over the world.
Gateway of India

The Gateway of India, a monumental arch with a florid Gothic-style tower on top, was built in Mumbai in 1924 to commemorate the visit of King George V and Queen Mary to India. The monument was built by Jamsetjee Jeejeebhoy in Indo-Saracenic style (a blend of Islamic and European architecture) as a tribute to the visit and was inaugurated by the Prince of Wales in 1924.
The Gateway has become a symbol of Mumbai and is one of the city’s most popular tourist attractions. It was built to commemorate the 1911 Delhi Durbar held in honour of George V. The monument was designed by George Wittet.
Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus

In 1887, the original Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus opened in Mumbai, India. It was built to serve the expanding rail network in the Bombay presidency in the late 19th century, and was the first building in the city to use electric lights. The original building was gutted in a fire on April 29, 1996, but has been rebuilt with funds from the Indian and Maharashtra governments. Today, the new building is used for both Mumbai suburban and long-distance services.
