First, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and they made us feel comfortable while we waited for our table. We ordered something called “Dum Aloo” or potato with masala, which was very flavorful with just enough spice to make it enjoyable without being too hot for your palate (a plus if you’re new to spicy food).
